All Tim Grounds calls are guaranteed to be properly tuned, free of material defects and ready for use at the time of shipping. However, if you would like your call tuned to your specification, please send it directly to Tim at PO Box 359 or, for UPS, 14331 Prosperity Road, Johnston City, IL 62951. Enclose $10.00 and a note of explanation. Each call is warranted to be free of material defects for one full year from date of purchase. There is no replacement guarantee on reeds. Reeds do wear, split, or bubble with use. Replacement reeds are $3.00 plain and $4.00 for shaved.
Reeds, Reed Assemblies and Call Bodies
Signs of abuse, disassembly or modification of any kind void your warranty. If the call or reed assembly has been taken apart, abused or altered in any way, or if the call is past one year warranty period prior to return, replacement or repair charges will be up to the discretion of Tim Grounds.
As of January 1, 2006 Tim's tuning fee will increase from $8 to $10.00.
Tim will continue to tune for free if you come by the shop or see him at a show.
